Building One Community Room
Four responses to the survey below were sent. Pietro Filardo, the Director who chairs the Master Planning Committee, subsequently issued a memo asking for input via email.
On December 14th, Terry MacAvery posted a brief message on SPComm:
The Board needs to decide fairly soon about what to do with the former community room in Building 1 and desires shareholder input.
Evidently the intended use of this room should be considered when pouring the new cement floor, and the pouring of the floor will take place as soon as January. The fact that this has become a last-minute issue is a question for another day; in the meantime, neighbors are encouraged to share their ideas using the form below. Unlike messages posted to SPComm and then forwarded to the rest of the Board by Mr. MacAvery, messages sent using this form are assured to go directly to all of our Directors (except Fran Marino and Shelley Torres Nettleton who are not interested in receiving shareholder email).
Diagrams and measurements have been requested, and will be posted if they become available.
