Off-Hours Access Management Office

Our Management Office's office hours are very inconvenient for people who work outside of the home full-time.

I wonder whether they could keep the office open late one night a week or, if there isn't enough demand for this, at least one night every two weeks or month.

Also, we need a mailslot outside the management office or in the adjacent hallway, so that there is a place for people to drop off their letters, maintenance checks, construction permits, etc. during hours when the office is closed.
