Q: If you put put your name on the Storage Waiting List
in December 2005, what chance do you have of ever getting
space in a storage room?
A: None! There is no waiting list for the Storage
ROOMS!
Board Member Eric Mandelbaum sent
a letter to Shareholders on the Garage and Storage Waiting Lists disclosing
procedural problems and suggesting Shareholder vigilence. In that letter,
he made it clear that there is no list for shareholders who want to obtain
space in Storage-ROOMS. What's with that? I seek to find out.

Dear Members of the SPHC Board of Directors:
On December 15th I sent a message to our management
office asking to be put on the Storage-ROOM Waiting
List. I received a response indicating that the matter
was being brought to your attention. I am very interested
in having space in a Storage-ROOM, preferably on my
floor, and ask to know about the waiting list. In
particular:
- How many people are on the Storage-ROOM Waiting
List?
- What is the monthly rate for space in Storage-ROOMS?
- How much Storage-ROOM space became available
over the past year?
- When will the Storage-ROOM Waiting List be published?
- Why is the Storage-ROOM Waiting List distinct
from the Storage-BIN Waiting List?
And of course, considering my recent investigation
into Garage Waiting List, I'd also like to know:
- How is the Storage-ROOM Waiting List maintained?
