Directors Deliver? April Fools!
Lot's of people questioned my article of April 1st, quoted below. Of
course it's not true... You have to demand action to get action! Still,
the changes announced in that article are easily within the realm of possibility.
To those of you who have been sitting on the sidelines, what's stopping
you from giving this initiative the benefit of the doubt, and taking a
simple little action that might result in very significant positive changes

Deliver!
I obtained an advance copy of a memo that is to be delivered to
all shareholders Monday. The bottom line is that our Board has decided
to respond to some very strong Shareholder requests.
As of this writing:
- Management of Garage Parking and the Waiting List have been
turned over to Rudd, and Rudd has been officially asked to take
over the Storage Bins, Storage Rooms and corresponding Waiting
Lists as well.
- Financial statements were completed and will be delivered later
in the week.
- The Board acquiesced to allow Board Member Eric Mandelbaum
to follow up on some of his initiatives — an updated lobby
directory, updated set of By-Laws and a disaster plan. Word is
that these small projects will be completed in the coming weeks.
- The Board acknowledges its lack of communication in the past,
and commits to the publication of regular Boardroom reports.
