I ran SPBuzz from 2004 through 2020. It was a lot of work! I’m not sure if I will bring it back, but I have significant perspectives to share with regard to SPC’s proposed Lobbies & Grounds Project, and who knows — there are some other issues about which I might want to share my thoughts. I also want to republish some articles I produced in the wake of the failed 2018 Air Rights deal — don’t be fooled by the dates — these are very relevant to the questions we face today.
